A growing organization in the Elkridge, MD area is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their growing team!  In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, dispatching, logistics, and general administrative tasks.  If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, apply today!

Temp to permanent opportunity, $15-$18/hour based upon experience 


  • Review customer orders in company CRM for accuracy
  • Coordinate with customer and drivers the timely delivery of products
  • Communicate via phone and email with customers and drivers
  • Resolve any customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Document order and delivery progress efficiently 
  • 1+ years of customer service or dispatching preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Computer savvy
