Ultimate Staffing is assisting a downtown company with an HR Generalist position. The HR Generalist will be in charge of sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding. This HR Generalist should have a degree preferrably in HR, but NOT mandatory, but very it's helpful. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE!!
They would need to have at least 3-4 years of HR background and experience with sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding capacity. Strong organizationals skills, professional demeanor, dependable, and excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow with an organization in an HR capacity. This is a contract to hire permanent role which could start immediately!
This HR Generalist role pays $20 an hour but needs to meet the above criteria. The hours are M-F 8-5 and the company has their own parking area free of charge. A background and drug screen will be conducted.
