We are hiring multiple customer service openings for a distribution company based in Eagan.
Customer Service Representative
- Answer 50-75 incoming phone calls a day from current and prospective customers
- Provide price quotes for a variety of products
- Enter in customer orders and provide timelines for product delivery
- Follow up with customers throughout the delivery process and provide updates on shipping statuses
- Additional administrative duties as needed
- Previous call center/customer service experience required
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- PTO, 401k, and HSA
8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
