Front Desk Receptionist needed onsite for a company in Newport Beach. This roles is temp-hire.
Duties to include: answering light phones, sort & distribute incoming mail, post outgoing mail, preparation of outgoing Fedex packages, meet & greet our lobby guests, order office supplies, order groceries (we have a fully stocked kitchen), insure conference room, lobby, kitchen & supply rooms are clean & stocked, set up and clean up before/after meetings, schedule conference calls and zoom meetings, order lunch for meetings and staff as needed, stock copiers with paper and additional duties as assigned.
Will also be responsible for setting up the Conference rooms. Video Conferencing, laptop projection and TV projection. This person will do all of the Audio/Visual for the company.
Must have experience with MS Office
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8-5
