We are a Industrial Distribution company and are searching for an Administrative Clerk to join out Team!
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department
- Welcoming and directing traffic of clients in the office
- Update the CRM system accordingly
- Ordering and invoicing of our automation projects
- Assist delivery drivers with paperwork
- Route incoming and outgoing office mail
- Order Office supplies as needed
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed for projects
Pay: $17 - $18 per hour
- Willingness to learn, detailed oriented, and provide great customer service.
- Ability to navigate new software easily, intermediate to proficient in Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Quick thinker and troubleshoot issues.
- We want someone who isn't afraid to ask questions and will fit in with our culture (blue collar type of environment)
Schedule: M - F 8am - 5pm
