Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Compensation Partner based in Irvine, CA office. You will be reporting to the Compensation Supervisor and assisting with the administration of compensation programs. This is a FULL TIME, IN OFFICE role. NO HYBRID OR REMOTE option.

This role requires a minimum of five years of compensation experience, particularly in job evaluation, market data analysis, and salary and bonus administration. The position also requires strong Excel, analytical, verbal, and written communication and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree is required. CCP (or progression towards CCP) is preferred.

General Responsibilities

  • As a trusted advisor and SME, partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to support Business Leaders in various compensation matters.
  • Research and evaluate market data and economic trends and recommend improvements to the company's compensation programs or process as needed.
  • Approve job and pay change requests for assigned Business Groups.
  • Provide education and training to HR team members and Support Leaders regarding compensation policies, programs and guidelines.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and interpret FLSA and other federal, state and local laws pertaining to compensation compliance.
  • Serve as technical resource for more junior team members; provide training and review as need.
  • Participate in or lead special projects (e.g., HCM implementation, Pay Equity review, etc.)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of compensation experience, particularly in job evaluation, market data analysis, and salary and bonus administration.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail with large data sets.
  • Experience with providing education and consultation to HR and Business stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of CompAnalyst and Oracle HCM preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
