Looking to hire for a Customer Service Representative /Scheduler in the Anaheim area.

Pay Rate: $21-$23

Monday - Friday

Location: Anaheim

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for great customer service to join our team. The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for creating new work orders, scheduling and dispatching Field Service Technicians, and managing service workorders from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
* Create and dispatch service work orders based on customer issue and Field Service Technician training
* Schedule and monitor Field Service Technician daily driving routes to achieve the highest level of productivity and efficiency
* Manage service work orders from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction
* Respond to customer emails/phone calls
* Program and deliver customer access devices
* Remote programming of access devices into customer access control system
* Spreadsheet development of customer databases (export and import from multiple systems)
* Invoicing and some service call A/R follow up (assist bookkeeper)
* Process customer credit card transactions when required
* Assist lead CSR and other managers with projects
* Assist with occasional marketing campaigns


Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma/GED required. Degree a plus.
* 2-4 years experience in a very fast-paced CSR environment
* Medium to high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal communication
* Ability to prioritize tasks based on time sensitivity and level of importance
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience with enterprise database software
* Ability to identify problems and execute solutions in a timely manner
