Buyer
Full Time - Up to 60k salary
Direct Hire
M-FR 8 Hour shift

Wholesale distribution company, and they are looking for someone with Wholesale and/or Retail Buying experience to join the team. Working out of their Van Nuys, CA office. Family-run business.

Responsibilities Include:
* Processing new Purchase Orders from start to finish
* Helping with production planning / maintaining the production schedule
* Maintaining relationships with both vendors and clients
* Inspecting inventory levels and updating the relevant spreadsheets/documents
* Placing new orders for product as needed
* Managing various product samples for accounts
* Arranging the freight for pick up as needed, and negotiating freight rates to get the best possible prices
* Processing paperwork for international shipments for items that we're importing
