Job Description

SUMMARY


Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, the Specialist is responsible
for servicing client needs. Processing state filings, providing entity updates and working in direct
contact with clients, following company procedures and policies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Respond to client questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and efficient manner
2. Enter data correctly and efficiently into database.
3. Process Renewal Specials
4. Assist with Entity Research
5. Desk Coverage
6. Mail forwarding
7. Status checks
8. Set and manage client reminder follow-up.
9. Prep and process annual report/change of agent filings on the Account Executives behalf
10. Maintain records, and perform account maintenance, closed accounts and research as
requested for our RAP clients.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the department in with processing or other special projects as needed.
2. Conduct research projects as assigned under the direction of department management
3. Other duties as assigned by department management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a
high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office high desirable
4. Ability to process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and effectively
5. Familiarity and experience with general office equipment.
6. Ability to work independently
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Ability to type 45 WPM efficiently.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Extended periods of time sitting
performing data entry.
