We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manufacturing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts within the manufacturing sector, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market share. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the manufacturing sector.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet sales goals.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing sales.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the manufacturing sector, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry trends.
