Work with department managers to go over training needs within their departments and design and implement training platforms for the departments who needs them.
Work with the team to evaluate current courses/training platforms and help create new platforms where needed
Directors must make sure the course covers the needs of the employees and that the desired principles and skills are being taught in the most learnable ways possible. This includes fostering a 'culture of learning' within the company, which may include personal consultations with individual employees to address specific needs. Maintain a positive and effective team culture that allows all participants to contribute to their full potential
Help design and implement future valued training programs especially in the area of production, QA/QC, distribution, sales, supply, logistics, transportation, leadership, professional and personal development.
Must be responsible for administering classes or building a team to do so. This must account for the 24/7 nature of our business and be able to accommodate training for employees both day and night.

Workflow Documents: When needed will assist managers in creating workflow documents that can be used for training purposes.
Learning Management System: Implementation and ongoing management of the system. This can include uploading or removing employees weekly, adding privileges/right to profiles when needed, creating reports within the system, reporting on the activity within the system weekly.
Implement various learning methods such as, coaching, job-shadowing, as well as online/in classroom training
Assess costs of program and build budget for training & development program.
Organizational Charts - Will work with the leadership team on organizational development vs the current workforce. Will be responsible for assisting manager and leadership on updating organizational charts and communicating to the appropriate member of management.
Help managers develop their through career pathing.
Responsible for initiation, follow-up, and record keeping of annual performance reviews (February)

Value creations (development of KPIs) and ROI measurement
Identify strategic goals and objectives of the organization and design performance programs to help company to maximize goals. Assess skills, abilities, aptitude, development needs, and gaps.
Assess employee needs and understand the current strengths and weaknesses of a company's employees through identified KPIs. This could involve a variety of assessment methods, such as surveys, focus groups, meeting with various members of the company and assessing the company's reputation overall.
Performance Improvement Plans - At critical times of employment when performance is not being met, assist managers with administering performance improvement plans (PIP). Responsibilities will be include advising managers on proper steps, assisting with the drafting or editing of documents, and participating in PIP meetings.
