Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Cad Designer to support a leading electrical engineering design company with an amazing culture who provides innovative solutions to some of the top companies in the Bay Area. This is a great growth opportunity, offers direct hire employment, a hybrid work schedule with the option to work in San Jose, San Francisco or their Los Angeles office. The salary range is $80-120K depending on experience.
The ideal candidate should have 3 plus years of experience working with related technologies. The design work will focus on Technology infrastructure design support under the direction of a design engineer. This will include but not limited to Low Voltage, Audio Visual, and Security systems. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Typical Duties:
· Available during regular business hours to meet and respond to the needs of clients and to be available to ATCE staff, and as needed beyond regular business hours when necessary.
· Participate in cut-over events that may include relocation, initial occupancy or other events that require in person oversight and coordination.
· Perform coordination with other project design disciplines including MEP and Architectural.
General Requirements:
· 1+ years of experience in IT related field.
· A passion for working in a team-based environment to deliver solutions for clients.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be needed to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
· Working knowledge and experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, and BIM Tools.
· Proficient in developing details, schedules, and maintaining Revit families and libraries.
· Proficient with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM360.
