Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities/Duties of Position

  • Provide phone support to customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Attain proficient working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Products, and other supporting databases
  • Product, catalog and website knowledge is required to assist customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries sent via e-mail, mail, fax, or over the phone
  • Data entry from e-mail, phone, fax, mail and web orders
  • Data collection and data maintenance
  • Coordinate with Accounting/Finance members to resolve customer account issues
  • Excellent computer/technical skills
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required
  • Computer literate and demonstrated ability to learn new programs
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Pay: $18-19/hour
  • Location: Roseville (This position will train in the office and has the potential to work remotely after training (temporarily due to COVID).
