We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of our client's team in Sacramento, CA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys a dynamic environment, and is committed to excellence in every task.

Position Details:

  • Location: Sacramento, CA
  • Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Execute precise data entry tasks related to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries gracefully and update information as needed, providing a stellar service experience.
  • Supplier Relations: Actively communicate with suppliers to foster and develop strong relationships.
  • Financial Documentation: Meticulously review invoices and purchase orders, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience or in a related field, demonstrating a track record of reliability and excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
  • Typing Speed: Competent typing ability at a minimum of 45 words per minute.
