Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Handle general inquiries and provide information to team members as needed.
  3. Scheduling and Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Manage calendars and assist in organizing events.
  4. Communication:

    • Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
    • Assist in drafting and proofreading documents.
  5. Office Organization:

    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  6. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval.
    • Assist in record-keeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
