Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22 per hour
Location: Onsite, San Diego
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing clients
Support a high volume of emails and calls
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Document customer interactions into database
Create customized marketing campaigns and monitor results
Review the level of service per account and provide customer recommendations
Additional clerical duties as needed
Job Requirements:
1+ years of proven customer service experience in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
