We are looking for a skilled Construction Administrator to join one of our amazing clients in Roseville! This position is responsible for organizing and directing projects of all complexities. Other responsibilities include:
- Prepare and present budgets
- Communicating with clients regarding quality and status of the project
- Manage equipment and resources
- Work with Project Manager(s) to ensure project runs smoothly
- Contract organization and administration
- Quality assurance checks
Pay: $25-$28/hr
Job Requirements:
- Previous work experience as Project Coordinator or Construction Administration
- Proven organizational skills, time management and multitasking skills
-Ability to work in a team setting
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Client facing skills
- Previous experience in construction preferred
Education requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- College degree in related field preferred
