Position: Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Roseville, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Our customer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and lead our customer service representatives in delivering top-notch service.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department. You will oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
• Previous supervisor experience required
• Working knowledge of a customer service software or database preferred
• Strong client facing and communication skills
• Must be comfortable with working weekends
