North OC Company has an opening for an Admin/Office Assistant.

Located in OC, On-site role

Professional Dress and Experience required

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request
  • General data entry
  • Analyze/ Investigate Information
  • Communication with Internal Departments and Owners
  • Data Entry background
  • Must be organized and detailed
  • Must be able to quickly catch on.
  • Computer savvy in data entry, word and excel
  • Must have recent work experience 1-2 years onsite
