Document Processing Specialist


  • Process automobile title documents for lease payoff and perform tasks.
  • Accurately interpret and follow release instructions in the database.
  • Properly sign/stamp title documents and ensure attachment of corresponding paperwork.
  • Notify supervisor/lead of exception issues or questions and provide assistance to others as needed.


  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), with some college preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience, capable of working with minimal supervision.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM, strong handwriting, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and work semi non-traditional shifts.
  • Adherence to company policies and successful completion of pre-screen testing.
