Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a full time position in Gardena that offers growth and a great work environment.   The position has standard working hours, Monday through Friday, and offers full benefits.

Duties for Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Prepare invoices for payment
  • Process invoices and enter into ERP system
  • Prepare weekly check runs
  • Issue payments to vendors
  • Communicate with vendors for payment status
Requirements for Accounts Payable Clerk:
  • 1+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with high volume processing of invoices
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
