Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for customer satisfaction? Our client in Nashua, NH is looking for a Sales Support Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with cross-functional department operations including, presenting key information to internal and external stakeholders, and drive team development to ensure exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and elevate customer satisfaction levels
  • Compile and present reports, trends, and insights to both internal teams and external clients
  • Provide oversight to customer service operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering team growth and development

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record in management roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP software systems
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required

Additional Information:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Direct Hire position with comprehensive benefits package
  • Location: Nashua, NH (100% onsite)
