Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to multiple Curtainwall Construction Project Managers across various projects, encompassing tasks such as managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, attending job meetings, handling billing, and aiding in estimating.
  • Execute project setup procedures, which involve leasing equipment, coordinating labor, procuring materials, and monitoring costs.
  • Oversee the installation and modifications of systems.
  • Conduct project closure activities and offer support to project managers and clients to cultivate enduring customer relationships.
  • Collaborate in creating detailed specifications for Curtainwall systems, including the preparation of submittal drawings, shop drawings, and parts drawings using CAD software.
  • Aid in the examination of Curtainwall drawings, specifications, and associated data to ascertain design requisites.

Requirements:

  • A two-year Associates degree or Vocational certificate and/or four-year related degree in Construction Management or related construction field is preferred.
  • Experience in a support role/project management position in the curtainwall/ glass, and/or construction industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret specs and blueprints.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (required) including MS Project (preferred)

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $60-90K + discretionary profit-sharing bonus
  • Schedule: 8-5p Monday - Friday (aprox.)
  • Location: Hybrid after 90 days of onsite training.
