Assistant Property Manager 2904

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8am-5pm (Full Time)

Responsible for daily operations of housing complex from handling phone calls from visitors and potential customers. You will work closely with the Property Manger to ensure the smooth functioning of the property and the satisfaction both tenants and property owners.

Assistant Property Manager 2904 Responsibilities:

* Managing appointments schedules for visitors and potential residents

* Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants

* Assisting residents or property managers with their needs and addressing any issues they may have.

* Organize property viewings for potential tenants and answer relevant questions.

* Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant leasing agreements.

* Verify renter income.

* Processing monthly payments

* Implementing default protocols when necessary

* Creating an organization system to support accurate record-keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt resolute sofa renter complaints.

* Assistant Property Manager 2904

Assistant Property Manager 2904 Requirements:

* Education: High School Diploma/GED

* Prefer: Bachelor's degree

* Previous work experience in property management, or real estate.

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Recording-keeping, financial transactions, and prompt resolution of renter complaints.

* Technical skills: Yardi Software and Microsoft Office

* Building positive relationships with tenants and managing various interactions

* Managing appointments, maintenance request and financial procedures
