Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Torrance, CA
Employment Type: Onsite, Full-time
Industry: Aircraft or Aerospace (preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company is a leading aerospace organization with a reputation for quality and innovation. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

- Respond to customer queries via email/phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders (including contract reviews) and confirm orders with customers.
- Provide customers with PO status and other order updates.
- Provide customers with RFQ via email and customer portals.
- Obtain shipping labels/instructions by contacting customers or via customer portals.
- Manage Sales email box and reply to emails promptly.
- Scan and attach daily shipment paperwork to sales orders using barcodes/scanning solution and confirm they are attached as required.
- Provide invoices to customers via email and/or submitting on customer portals, including Advance shipping notification as applicable.
- Share in miscellaneous office duties with team - copier/printer, answering phones, mail management and others as required.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with scanning and barcoding solutions.
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of the aircraft or aerospace industry is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Wage between $20 per hour depending upon experience.
- Excellent benefits package, including 10% 401k Match.
