Executive Assistant
2+ month temporary position
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct administrative tasks that support the CEO and other departments as needed
- Support reception desk for breaks and provides coverage when the receptionist is out of the office
- Schedule conference and classroom rentals
- Conduct timely internal and external executive communications
- Send meeting invites through Outlook to CEO for on-site and off-site meetings
- Return phone calls on behalf of the CEO as directed
- Handles highly sensitive materials and legal documents in a confidential manner
- Composes and prepares confidential correspondence and reports as requested
- Assists in providing various reports as directed by CEO
- Other duties may be assigned
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years senior level executive assistant experience
Ms Office proficient
Ability to type minimum 60 words per minute
