- Implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career development initiatives, to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.'
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
