• • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • All aspects of the talent acquisition process
  • Employee relations
  • Conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career development initiatives, to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.'
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
