Job Description

Our office is hiring for several Receptionist roles in the Orange County Area!

Hourly pay $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Front Office responsibilities
  • Handle the front desk and assist guests and visitor log
  • Answer the phone and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Maintaining the board room and kitchen
  • Assist managers with events
  • Use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in a Receptionist or Office Assistant role
  • MS Office use - computer savvy
