Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay range $20-22.00 hourly

Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in office
  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Filing paperwork
  • Maintaing office supplies
  • Perform clerical tasks to support daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Social skills/customer service
  • organization
  • problem solving
  • Dependable
  • Familiartity with Miscrosoft Office.
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual/Spanish (highly preferred)
