Hours Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Pay $18.00-$19.00 hour

- Respond to customer emails to provide information about products, returns and RMA.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Check on E-commerce portals/platforms (for example, Wayfair) for unauthorized deductions and file a dispute.
- Check customer reviews, take responsibility, offer help and problem solving.
- Determine chargebacks for products requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Cross train to provide support for the office.
? Prior E-commerce customer service experience of 3+ years, preferable in online B2B and wholesale business.
? Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook.
? Strong communication and effective writing skills.
? Strong analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking.
? Web search tools
? Ability to work independently, under supervision, and within a team setting. Must be able to function to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Education BA or AA is required.
