We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Customer Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our client's team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to both eCommerce and wholesale clients, managing their orders and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager with sales tracking, administrative tasks, and client management.
  • Handle payment collections and ensure accurate data entry, with proficiency in MS Excel.
