Job Opening: Telemarketer - Citrus Heights

We are excited to announce a job opportunity for a Telemarketer to join our client's team in Citrus Heights. This position is ideal for someone who has a knack for sales and is experienced in making outbound cold calls.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 Hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer inquiries about products or the company.
• Understand customer requirements to close sales, and direct prospects to the sales team when necessary.
• Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
• Handle orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall team and sales goals.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and any other useful information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
• A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Proficient in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand products and services and effectively communicate them to prospects.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a cool-tempered demeanor.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of resolving issues and handling complaints.
• High school diploma required; BSc/BA will be a plus.
