Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development, implementation, administration, and enhancement of training program.
• Collaborate in designing and developing learning solutions to meet diverse learning objectives and styles.
• Deliver engaging learning solutions that effectively respond to the needs of learners.
• Maintain training plans for specific roles and departmental matrices.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and evaluate training course effectiveness.
• Participate in the development of training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance.
• Provide feedback to departments to ensure adherence to established procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with Document Control to maintain proper training records.
• Coordinate and contribute to additional assigned activities or projects.
• Support interdepartmental personnel on various projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Manufacturing, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control preferred.
• Experience in education, training, and/or adult learning is a plus.
• Experience in leading training initiatives and continuous improvement in a regulated environment is helpful.
