Job Description

We are immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep for a graveyard shift! The working days will vary, but it is a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule and overtime is offered!

Duties:

  • Provide support to customers regarding orders and shipments via phone and email
  • Etner and review customer orders
  • Communicate with drivers and carriers for shipment and delivery updates
  • Provide drivers with route updates

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in order entry or logistics customer service
  • Flexible schedule
