General Functions:
The Customer Support Agent will be the company's primary interface with owners who have purchased CRM software services. These agents will be critical to the long term success of the program by establishing a strong relationship with each shop customer. The agents will both support incoming inquiries pertaining to the services as well as set appointments with shop owners to support them with CRM usage.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support inbound customer support calls pertaining to changing pricing, coupon offers, shops numbers, addresses and set-up information.
Good understanding of the benefits of using Social Media
Work with shop owners to determine current level of Social Media service and decide whether to expand those services to reach a larger customer base.
Call center experience a plus
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Experience in a customer service
Excellent communicator both verbally and written
Receiving Inbound and making outbound calls
Solid computer skills specifically with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic experience with Social Media usage.. Facebook etc.
