Job Description

Our client specializes in the automotive industry and they are looking for a dependable and diligent Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a job opportunity located in office in Dexter, MI. In this role, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls assisting customers by answering inquiries and documenting updates in the company CRM database. The Customer Support Representative will set appointments, answer calls, troubleshoot product failures and escalate issues through established procedures. The CSR will document the company database accurately in a timely manner.
