Assist in scheduling deliveries with customers who have made purchases in our showrooms
Address customer inquiries via phone and email and find timely solutions to any issues that may arise
Provide quality care with any delivery issues
Collaborate across departments and teams to resolve both common and unique challenges
Deliver a "Wow" customer experience every day
2-4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
High School Diploma, some college preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Embody a passion for the furniture business
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability; flexibility to shifting priorities and changing environment
