Job Description

  • Assist in scheduling deliveries with customers who have made purchases in our showrooms
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email and find timely solutions to any issues that may arise  
  • Provide quality care with any delivery issues  
  • Collaborate across departments and teams to resolve both common and unique challenges
  • Deliver a "Wow" customer experience every day
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
  • High School Diploma, some college preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Embody a passion for the furniture business
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability; flexibility to shifting priorities and changing environment
