Direct Hire - Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technicians - Appleton

Ultimate Staffing is looking for experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join our client in Appleton, WI. This position requires an individual who has a strong electro-mechanical aptitude, is dependable, safety minded, and works well within a team environment.

· Direct Hire

· 31.27 - 35.22 per hour depending on education and experience

· 3rd shift - 2-2-3 fixed shift schedule - 6 PM to 6 AM

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct preventive maintenance on diverse equipment, including Corrugating and Corrugate Converting machines.

· Process support equipment and building infrastructure.

· Perform upkeep on electrical and mechanical systems, demonstrating troubleshooting and repair skills for failures.

· Adhere to company policies to maintain the optimal condition of company assets.

· General industrial maintenance to include, but not limited to lubricating, repairing, rebuilding, trouble shooting, and cleaning production machines.

· Perform maintenance and repair to the lift trucks, roll grabs and dollies, steam generators, air compressors, and other process support equipment.

· Perform electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, and concrete work.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· MUST hold a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Background Check and Drug Test required.

· 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. **It is a requirement to possess, or obtain, a certificate, Associate degree, Millwright or Journeyman card in a maintenance related field to remain in the department.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as mechanical and electrical drawings, maintenance procedures and manuals, company policies and safety rules.

· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

· The ability to compute rate, velocity, ratio, and percent, perform conversions, interpret and/or develop graphs and technical reports is also required.
