Call Center Representative

Fort Collins, CO - 100% IN OFFICE

$18/HR - TTH

Role Overview: Join our team as a Call Center Representative. You'll help patients schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide friendly support over the phone. We need someone positive, independent, and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls quickly.
  • Verify patient info and insurance details accurately.
  • Learn about insurance rules and procedures.
  • Enter patient info correctly in our system.
  • Assist patients and direct calls as needed.
  • Schedule appointments following guidelines.
  • Keep track of the schedule and solve issues.
  • Help patients with billing and financial questions.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Respect patient privacy laws.

Requirements: Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Experience in an office or customer service role is a plus.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude.
