Position Overview: As a Client Services Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships, ensuring top-tier satisfaction and seamless project execution. From coordinating intricate lighting installations to troubleshooting project hurdles, your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation as industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for all electrical and lighting projects, orchestrating the efforts of our diverse teams and external partners. From initial planning to final execution, you'll keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.

  2. Client Satisfaction: Anticipate and exceed client expectations by delivering proactive solutions and exceptional service. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving prowess will elevate the client experience to new heights.

  3. Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, leveraging your analytical skills to forecast labor, materials, and other expenses. Your meticulous approach will ensure financial transparency and project feasibility.

  4. Vendor Coordination: Forge strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating optimal pricing and lead times to streamline project workflows. Your ability to cultivate relationships will be instrumental in driving project success.

  5. Purchasing & Order Tracking: Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications. Your organizational skills will keep projects moving forward without a hitch.

  6. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Tackle project challenges head-on, utilizing your resourcefulness and technical acumen to overcome obstacles. Your proactive approach will minimize disruptions and keep projects on course.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive annualized base pay of $62,400 - $76,000
  • Annual performance-based profit share perk equaling 5-10% of base
  • Additional pay for rotating on-call shifts (up to $500 per weekly shift)
