Ultimate Staffing part of Roth Staffing companies, is currently working with our client Infineon Technologies, a Global Semiconductor Manufacturer, seeking 1st Shift Cleanroom Machine Operators and Assemblers to join their team in Leominster MA. Our Customer's business is strong, and Infineon Technologies is in a hiring push! These positions can turn into Permanent, full time roles with the company with a great benefits package! 

1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate: $15 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual inspection.
  • Performs machine change over.
  • Operates a variety of equipment, including high-powered microscopes, with speed and accuracy.
  • Follows Job Traveler instructions accurately.
  • Identifies and reports process deviations to Supervisor.
  • Small part assembly of Semiconductors, use of handtools.


Requirements:
  • Pre-Employment ScreeningAbility to lift 25lbs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
