Job Description

Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join their team in Columbia, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and other issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Columbia, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $19-$21/hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
* Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and order processing.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the customer database.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
* Stay up to date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
