Location: Hanover, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $50k-$60k/annually based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between team members, department heads, and executive leadership to understand needs and meet set goals.
  • Review and analyze company trends and processes to identify areas of improvement and determine solutions.
  • Assist with negotiation of contracts, budgets, and services to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Create reports to monitor production and supply chain processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills including written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
