Job Description

A well-established organization in the manufacturing industry has an immediate need for a Temporary Receptionist in the Laurel, MD area. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with an engaging organization that will allow individuals to develop new skills. Preferred qualifications include the ability to work independently, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task! Interview and start- ASAP!

Location: Laurel, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$20/hourly

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system.
  • Directing visitors to appropriate department.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Complete small administrative projects as necessary.
  • Organize all files and records.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an office setting.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
