Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to join a client in Fremont. This is a temporary position that will last 8-10 weeks. The position starts on May 8.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Fridays 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Job Duties:

  • Greet students, faculty, and staff as they arrive in the morning and leave the building.
  • The receptionist receives approximately 25-40 calls per day.
  • The receptionist is responsible for receiving mail / packages.
  • This person will create ID badges for new students and staff.
  • Will provide to support to admissions and on ground staff .
  • Data entry skill is needed as the receptionist will be entering students' information into a proprietary system.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to the 10 weeks starting May 8, 2024.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Prior receptionist experience.
