Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a growing Medical Services company in their expanding Customer Service department located in Costa Mesa. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will also escalate calls to the proper associate when necessary. $15-18/hr.

Additional responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are:

· Taking a high volume of customer calls

· Making outbound calls to customers

· Handling customer complaints and inquires in a professional manner

· Maintaining an organized environment and managing accounts


Requirements for the Customer Service Representatives are:

· Previous customer service experience

· Strong data entry experience: Excel and Word proficiency

· Great communication skills: verbal and written
