Leading Commercial Real Estate Advisory organization is adding a new team to the Transaction Data department. The team is seeking a candidate who can display initiative and attention to detail to keep their proprietary transaction database up to date and accurate. This critical role will be responsible for performing transaction research and reconciling numerous data sources. We provide a fantastic targeted training and development program to teach proprietary methodologies and ongoing team and managerial support. DUE TO COVID: THIS POSITION IS REMOTE THRU THE END OF THE YEAR. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BACK IN THE OFFICE ONCE THEY ARE CLEARED TO RETURN.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Monitor, track and gather pertinent information from various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial real estate transaction.
- Interpret and analyze relevant information by researching, validating, and recording accurate data into the Transaction database.
-Research missing information or reconcile discrepancy for existing commercial real estate transactions.
-Work closely with colleagues across functions and departments to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices, and training.
-Bachelor's degree in related field and 1-2 years of work experience preferred
-Must demonstrate a strong interest in the Commercial Real Estate Market
-Experience with Datagrip or PostgreSQL (or other SQL languages), a plus
-Experience in data entry/data management
-High proficiency with problem solving and naturally curious
-Proficient with internet searching
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite
-Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
