Located in Porterville, CA 

We are recruiting a Receptionist for our premier client! You will be responsible in delivering great customer service in greeting and assisting office personnel.

Duties include but not limited to: 
-Greeting in a friendly manner
-Answering phones, transfer when necessary
-Assist in project such as data entry for office personnel
-Filing and sorting
-Keep office and lobby presentable  
-Receive and distribute mail
-Position may work on special projects from the President/CEO

*Business Degree preferred but not required and or 2-3+ years' experience as a receptionist in a customer service environment. 
*Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*Type 42+ WPM
*Print shop experience highly desired
*Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
*Must have professional phone etiquette   
*Adobe Photoshop experience highly desired 
*Must be 18+ years old to apply

Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour - Depending on experience
