supervisory experience in an inbound call center, customer service or sales type environment. Oversee the training, to include listening in on calls, offering recommendations which fall in line with company policies and procedures, continuous development and growth of the phone customer service representatives. Review overall processes and make recommendations or changes for the betterment of the department. Direct Hire, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
