Job Description

Duties Include:

  • Process orders from customers
  • Invoice processing
  • Handle returns
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Courteous service to individual customers and client companies
  • Assist with billing, shipping and return issues
  • Basic customer technical troubleshooting
  • Accurately enter order information
  • Research shipping issues
  • Communicate clearly and courteously to customers
  • Provide timely replies to customers
  • Hours 8:30-5pm
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Pay: $16/hr
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a small office and building strong interpersonal relations are preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Proficient with MS Windows & MS Office
